Pastor’s Note

It is my prayer that you have caught the vision that God has given to us at Peace Lutheran. It is my prayer that you are ready to plant some seeds that will grow into mighty branches for the next generation.

It is God’s desire that each of our hearts is stirred into action — that we are excited to be a part of the future of the Peace Lawndale Campus with the financial seeds we plant today!

All of our deliberations, prayers and planning will culminate in tangible reality during commitment weekend. You’ve been part of the conversation for months now. Perhaps you’ve come to information meetings, studied the brochures, seen the videos and heard the messages. You’ve prayed about how God might work through you. I hope you’ve talked about this opportunity to give and make a difference with your family.

Now is the time for each of us to make a personal and Godly decision about our financial participation.

During worship services, families will respond individually and celebrate together. I encourage you to prayerfully fill out your commitment card before the service you attend, and bring your card with you to worship. We will offer our commitments together in an act of worship and praise. I can’t wait to see what God will do through us!

In His Service,

Pastor Bill Weis
